About
Wander off a bustling thoroughfare in the heart of Central London, and you’ll find a gated road, steeped in history that time somehow forgot.
At the end of the road sits a row of Georgian terraces, an unassuming line of architecturally beautiful, but indistinct office domiciles perhaps?
Down the stairs and there’s still no indication as to the nature of the business taken residence in the basement of number 22-24 Ely Place.
The door opens to a different world.
Old books lining dusty shelves, stairs that seem to go nowhere, a bookcase that opens to a secret room. Warm filament bulbs glow, cloaking every corner in an iridescent hue. Is it a private members club? Or a room in Hogwarts that Harry never discovered?
Turn around, and the other side of the room is home to a state-of-the-art recording studio, its floor and walls lined with theatre red carpet. An array of vintage synthesizers hang with gravity defying splendor from the walls.
A revolving door leads onto an air-conditioned vocal booth and a secluded drum area.
Maybe you’re looking for a unique location, somewhere to record your next masterpiece, where inspiration and serenity seep from the book laden walls.
Or somewhere with character, and individuality, to film a live session, music video or photo shoot.
A location to wow guests for a podcast or an evening event? Or somewhere centrally located, to film interviews, when a striking backdrop is required.
Set up by brothers Simon, Nathan and Dominic Cooper in 2015, the studio has welcomed some of the biggest names in music, film and television.
The second studio in Fitzrovia follows the same aesthetic cues and is set within London’s most exclusive Wellness club “The Lighthouse Club”.
